Chicago Bears vs. Minnesota Vikings-Game Thread

Fox moved the gametime up, in hopes that it would come down to this game for the NFC North title, but it obviously didn't work out that way, so I don't know what game they will lead with. Also, feel free to leave your score predictions.

Green Blah and
Seattle, i beleive is the first game. I kinda like a three o'clock game on sunday so long as the early game doesn't go over and we miss the start of the Bears game.

I did receiver it and it will go up next week.  I have been down and out for a few days now.

Bears
17-7

It'd be nice to get the win, but all I really care about with this game is making sure that noone gets hurt. Here's to ending the season with a win and getting rested for the playoffs.

Say it with me now "The first place Chicago Bears." Now doesn't that just make you feel warm all over.

as dull as dull can be...
bears 13-9. and no injuries except mike tice, who sprains his thumb while shaking hands with lovie after the snorefest.

My prediction
Bears 17
Vikings 24

Sorry.  Gotta go with my gut.

Easy to see...
but I think that the Minnesota players have quit and don't care about football right now.  I think our second stringers still have blood in their eyes.  In other words, I think Minnesota is going to lay down and die.  If they still had a shot at the playoffs, I would so agree with your prediction.

i dont think
that either team really cares that much about today's game.

Yep
I hope you're right.  Not gonna watch a Bears game wanting them to lose.  I think this team is just celebratory enough that they're not going to really get up for it today.  But I'll be watching, and cheering them on!

i think
the Vikings do.  They have had a rough year.  Would be nice to go off a winner.

FREAKING SHAME!
Yes it was our third string against their first, but what a horrible showing.  We lost our points record and the #1 defense in the league today.  That's terrible.

I'd be upset but,
January 15th will be a lot of fun. It was kinda nice to see some of the guys who don't get much playing time get out there. Obviously a win and those records would have been nice, but knowing that we will go into that game on January 15th healthy and happy means a lot more to me than the points record and the #1 defense. After all, as the Bulls said back in '96 "72-10 don't mean a thing without the ring."
