Brown's new workout

This is just a bit piece on Mike Brown changing his off season workouts to try to help minimize the injury problems he has been having.


Coming off a season marred by injuries, Bears safety Mike Brown will revamp his offseason workouts. He will work exclusively with strength and conditioning coordinator Rusty Jones, who was successful in modifying linebacker Brian Urlacher's regiment after an injury-plagued 2004 campaign. "Jones spent an inordinate amount of time with [Brian] in certain areas that really helped him, and I think Brian would say the same," general manager Jerry Angelo told the Daily Herald.
