Ok, I am quite content with picking out an abover average backup QB, but I am curious if the Bears even had a plan if Randle El went somewhere else.  I am watching all the prime punt returner go off the market and none of them even stopped in Chicago.

Antonio Chatman signed with the Bengals
Tim Dwight just signed with the Jets

Is there a plan?  Are they forgetting how lousy our return game was last year?  Are they eyeing somebody most of us have missed?  Clue us in, because it looks like you botched it.
