Timothy Speer has given us our #10 pick. He didn't send along a description, so I just pulled a scouting report on him.

#10 Arizona Cardinals: Haloti Ngata, DT Oregon

Haloti Ngata faced double and triple teams constantly while in the Pac-10 and is still considered one of the top defensive prospects to come out in this draft. Ngata is very athletic for his massive size. Coaches at Oregon have said Ngata was the best defensive player to ever come through the program. An incredible run stuffer, Ngata had 59 tackles, 3 sacks, and 9 TFL in 2005.

Sorry, didn't know I was supposed to include a rationale. Here goes:

The Cardinals have gone the free-agency route to start the run, and choose Ngata in the draft to help stop it. The NFC West has Shawn Alexander and Stephen Jackson brutalizing them for a quarter of their season. In Ngata they get a huge presence to stop those bruising backs.
