Terrell Owens suicide attempt?!

I know this isn't Bears related, but this is just Crazy.

Star-divide

They are reporting over at ESPN.com:

Dallas Cowboys receiver Terrell Owens attempted suicide by overdosing on pain medication, even putting two more pills into his mouth after a friend intervened, according to a police report obtained by The Associated Press on Wednesday. A Dallas police report released Wednesday morning said Owens told a friend "that he was depressed." Owens was asked by rescue workers "if he was attempting to harm himself, at which time [he] stated, 'Yes.'"

What the heck is going on down there?!

"This is not serious," Etheridge [his publicist Kim Etheridge] said in Wednesday's online edition of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, before news of the reported suicide attempt was released.
"Not Serious"?!
This is the woman who called the police for Owens last night to report an attempted suicide. I realize that she is trying to protect T.O.'s image, but come on! The man is practically screaming for help! Get him some!

this is sad
yeah TO has an ego and is always seeking attention, but the guy never gets in trouble for breaking the law.  He's not like all those bengals players who have been caught repeatedly for drugs and DUIs and I really think the media makes him out to be a lot worse than he is.  I feel sorry for the guy, Im not sure if I actually think he was attempting suicide but i really hope the media doesnt spin this as just another stunt for TO to get attention.  As if the guy needed any more.  ESPN absolutely loves this guy, when he broke that little finger they led every sports center or nfl live with the story and talked about it for 10 min.  lets just leave the guy alone and let him play football.

Unreal story........
Wait, no it's not, it's a T.O. story. I can't believe a word out of his mouth. I can't stand Micheal Irvin defending him (or anybody) blindly. I don't believe Parcells knew nothing; "I'm just a coach". They all went into serious damage control mode and came up with the final story.
I'm really glad T.O. is not a Bear.
hit him in his earhole
