Bears Fight Song

I was wondering if anyone had the music to the bears fight song, either a piano part or a full score. I was hoping for my band to play it, and my job would be a lot easier if I had the music, and didn't have to transcribe it from the audio version.
Or, if anyone still has the December 1st Tribune tempo section, I know they did a segment on the fight song, and there was a graphic of part of the music.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I have the Full Sheet Music in .pdf form.... Do you have an email addy i can send it too?
