SEAHAWKS vs. BEARS
To continue something that we started last week with team breakdowns of how they match up versus the Bears, here is one for the Seahawks. The Seahawks take two categories from us, though I am not sure I agree with a lot of this assessment.
Personnel: Matt Hasselbeck can choose from five legitimate receiving threats (Deion Branch, Nate Burleson, Bobby Engram, D.J. Hackett and Darrell Jackson). The Bears sacked Hasselbeck five times and Ricky Manning Jr. intercepted him twice in October. Matchup of Mark Anderson/Alex Brown vs. LT Walter Jones is a key.
Production: The Seahawks' passing attack ranks 20th (190.9 yards per game) but had 26 TDs, tied for fifth-best in league. Their 49 sacks allowed are the most for a playoff team.
And so ... : Seahawks coach Mike Holmgren will take short gains for ball control. Early Bears scores will free up pass rush.
EDGE: SEAHAWKS.
The other one the Seahawks won is head coaching. Holmgren obviously has a lot more playoff experience then our staff.

Rex Mundi
I still don't know what to think of the Seahawks... I think Dallas is better.
He also has the 14–2 (???!!!) Bears ranked just behind the Eagles. By virtue of, no doubt, Philly's gutsy, last-minute win over the Powerhouse New York Foosball Giants (tied for 12th with KC).
6. Chicago (14-2). As Lovie Smith sat in the RCA Dome watching friend Herm Edwards and Tony Dungy compete on Saturday, I guarantee you he thought at least six times: How long am I going to stay with Rex Grossman if he stinks it up next weekend?
As Peter King sunk into his well-worn Barcalounger this weekend, I guarantee you he thought at least six times: How can I find a fresh way to call Rex Grossman inconsistent?

Bears are 14-2???
But Dallas probably was better than Seattle, they had that game won other than a complete fluke play.

i disagree
I disagree with the kicking aspect
Gould (is that how you spell it?) has had a good year but hasn't had a 50 yarder or a game winning FG. Browns percentage would be higher also if it weren't for three blocks that weren't his fault.
