Keyshawn to Bears?

Very interesting thing developed for Keyshawn over the weekend and had to pretty much publicly be cordial to the guy that just took his job.  More of that over on Deadspin.

But hypothetically speaking would a guy like keyshawn be a good fit for the Bears offense, another quality ball control type receiver with size could never hurt? could it?

For the right price...
...it's intriguing. But I think one is enough. Other than Moose the Bears have a lot of play-makers.

If Moose wasn't around, I'd say definitely. As is... probably not.

but you can have one too many nutcases
Keyshawn's a whiny bitch and not nearly as talented as T.O. or Moss to get away with it...pass

I think he's a different player now.
He used to be a superstar and realized that he was a flashlight.  I think he'll be a standup guy now.

never heard a word out of him
after he got cut. but i agree he's not the typical bear.

Giants looking at him
to replace Toomer.  If we were losing Moose, I could see that move, otherwise, not so much.

The last thing we need...
is another #3 receiver. IMO, we've got two #2's (Berrian and Muhammed) and a roster of #3's.

Keyshawn
I was under the impression that he was similiar to Moose. I don't think we really need two Moose's (or whatever the hell the plural of moose would be)
first the Rush...now the Bears.

Receivers are made by their QB's
bring in Monk and Rice in their primes if you want, won't matter if Rex doesn't step up his game this year.

I'm fine with our receiving corps, Moose, Berrian, Bradley and Davis are a good mix. I think Hester will get some more shots this year as well.

Let's not get crazy here...
A great WR only becomes a hall of famer and record setting when he has a good qb, but great WRs will always be great wide receivers.   If you put 1988 Jerry Rice on last years Bear's team,  Rice still puts up 1000 yards.

A note on Darius Walker...
Larry: I have seen conflicting reports. Did the Bears sign undrafted free agent Darius Walker?

Mike L.
Chicago

Mike: As of Wednesday night, the Bears had not signed Notre Dame running back Darius Walker.
