Sweet Action

We've signed all of our picks.  I love the brain trust.  I love training camp this week.  I love the future 2007 Chicago Bears Super Bowl Victory!

Is this some sort of record.  It almost has to be...

The only thing, literally, left to do now is sign Briggs for one year and then we get to evaluate all of next year's free agents.

Perfect timing!

I bet the hold up...
...was the four years. The Bears have liked to lock up their players for at least five, haven't they?

Not sure
but Kevin Payne, Garrett Wolfe, Michael Okwo, and Josh Beekman all signed for 4 years...not sure if there is a difference since they were below second round and Olsen's deal was 5.  I would just guess it was a numbers issue.
