You want to know why the offense is struggling?  Why don't you look at how many times Rex is on his back in the first two seconds following a snap.What is the deal with our offensive line?  I've seen a lot of talk about how we have a very good line, but I'm not sure why.  They haven't protected Rex in the two regular season games.  He is getting hit early, and often.  During preseason and the first game of the year, I hardly ever saw a single rushing lane for Benson and the backs.  You want to know why the offense is struggling?  Why don't you look at how many times Rex is on his back in the first two seconds following a snap.  That hit by Phillips last week was one of the hardest hits I've ever seen on a quarterback.  I know they have a lot of pro-bowl appearances, but but yesterday won't pay todays' bills.  The first game that Grossman gets solid protection, you are going to see him light up the sky.  Until then, I guess we can pray that Benson can hold on to the ball and that no one gets hurt.
