PrintFollowing the weekly theme of former Bears being promoted in coaching staffs, Ron Rivera has taken over for Ted Cotrell as the defensive coordinator of the Chargers. First I heard it on ESPN Radio's Mac, Jurko, & Harry Show and now it's on ESPN.com too.

would be an upgrade there. Their defense was supposed to be one of the best and they can’t stop a single team.
