Parcells available?

One other tidbit I gathered this morning is that a certain former coach of the Giants, Patriots, Jets and Cowboys has the itch to coach again. That's right, a source has told me Bill Parcells is telling those close to him he would consider a return to the sidelines. I'm guessing it would have to be the right opportunity for a premier franchise (Jets again????). Parcells has an out in his Dolphins contract if Wayne Huizenga sells the team, which apparently is going to happen. So far, reports have Parcells potentially jumping ship to be the GM of another franchise. But I'm hearing he would also like to coach the talent he selects.

Fire them all, bring in Parcells....ego-maniac that he is, he's generally on the right side of the playoffs almost every year.

Interesting thought...

But I don’t hink his ego will let him leave the South Florida Cowboys just yet. Even if he has a new boss in the next owner, he still wants to win another ring. The Phins have become his lovechild… and I think he’ll stay there for a couple more years. The progress he’s made there in such a short amount of time has been mind-blowing, so I’m sure he ain’t gonna leave if he thinks he can get a ring.

considering he is being paid 5 mil a year

to work in the front office he is probably going to want more than that to be the head coach…consider that we’d have to eat our staff’s contracts and pay parcells and the new guys he would bring in…no way our stingy ownership would do that.
