Kyle Orton Get First Shot At Starting Job
The biggest question that has to be answered prior to the start of this season is who will be the Bears starting QB. During day one of voluntary OTAs, Kyle Orton took the majority of the snaps with the first team. Rex Grossman will receive the bulk on day two.
It could have simply been a decision that was made with both guys present and it could have been an arbitrary means of deciding, but if it is not then it is something of note that Orton gets the first go.

I foresee
the NFL’s first dual-quarterback situation. Both Kyle and Rex will line up side-by-side behind center, and the ball will be randomly snapped to one of them. If he can’t find an open man, he laterals the ball to the other to see if he has better luck. It will confuse the hell out of opposing defenses and give the Bears a great edge on the competition.

Wait
I got a better one, since Grossman can’t take a snap consistently, Orton always lines up under center for the snap. He surveys the field if he see Hester going long, he laterals it back to Grossman who goes long.
If Orton and Grossman get tackled during the QB to QB exchange would that count as 2 sacks?

I like the way you guys think
We’re an innovative team again. It’ll be like the T-formation was in the ‘20s! Other teams will adopt this (Arizona Cardinals most likely)
Lovie Smith-isms:
"We get off the bus running"
"Rex Grossman is our quarterback."
"...and we'll go from there."

AZ can't do this
Kurt Warner would definitely get hurt. They need to keep him off field and only bring him in for small playing time.
