In Wisconsin do they offer non-Packers fan insurance?

just love how the G from the Packer helmets is used to complete the “gobears” statement. love it.
I love it. And it's good to know I am not alone in the Dairy State.
It’s tough living in Wisconsin especially when the Pack are riding high and the Bears aren’t. Luckily I am only here part time.
However I wonder if any of the proceeds of buying that license plate go towards the Packers?
