Cedric Benson Is On the Leash

Former Bears running back Cedric Benson was in court and a judge had this to say:

A Travis County judge changed the bail conditions for former Longhorn Cedric Benson, ordering him to install an ignition interlock breathalyzer in his car.

He was also asked to take part in an alcohol counseling class.

I wonder if he has to get one of those ignition things for his boat too.

Not that it would be possible

For someone else to blow into it so that the car would start. Benson seems dumb enough to do that too.

i think i read an article that had some comments from benson in it the day after he was cut. i believe he said something along the lines of being upset with himself for letting the franchise down and the fans down but at the same time he felt that the franchise was too hasty in cutting him and not letting the true facts come out. i’m paraphrasing and i couldn’t find the article, so maybe this all happened in my dream or something but i don’t think so.
