Goal Line Blitz - Not A Spam!!!!
Well, we had the spammers come through several times, and I'm sure that is everyone's first thought, but one thing that we never did was find out who was playing Goallineblitz and what teams they were on. This in no way is meant to spam or to get anyone to signup using a referral, but I thought some of us may check out each others players and teams.
If you would like to put a link to your profile on GLB, it would be cool to hook up over there as well.

Here's my stadium. I made some upgrades:
Also, I started recommending WCG to some friends I made on the site that are also Bears fans. So maybe we'll bring some guys back over.

Ok, sorry for wasting everyone's time.
I thought some may want to share experiences.

Thanks for pimping the site
And as for participating, I am already in 7 leagues and I usually do a number of FF drafts for various sites or magazines. I am a little FF busy this time around.
That said am I reading correctly when I think this is not the typical FF league and something else?

It is more like Tiger Woods golf.
You create a player at the position of your choice, then join one of thousands of teams owned by real people and each team competes in leagues against other teams. Every other day there is a game that is simmed based on the skills that you have added to your player and how he matches up against opponents, then every person gets stats.
So like Tiger Woods golf, you are trying to earn skill points that you can distribute how you want to try to improve your players performance in the games. For people who are only managing a player it really can take as little as 5-10 minutes a day to see how your player did and to set up your individual player settings for the next game.
There is a forum that allows teams to communicate and game plan. Owners can assign OC’s and DC’s, teams break down film of their opponents and look for weaknesses. Coordinators set all the game settings before the game but set percentages of run vs. pass and pitches vs. off tackle vs. up the middle and short vs. medium vs. long passes and stuff like that. They also can change the percentages based on down and distance and quarters and time and stuff like that.
It is pretty intensive at the ownership/OC/DC level and pretty nonintensive for the player level. Just check your stats and add your new skills as you earn points.
