Tillman's daughter's heart transplant
Today, Charles Tillman finally discussed his daughter's medical ailment:
After being taken by helicopter to Children's Memorial Hospital in May from their Chicago home, Tiana spent three months in the hospital suffering from cardiomyopathy--an enlargement of the heart that prevents proper beating. After receiving a heart transplant in late July, Tiana, now 6 months old, was released to her home Monday, Tillman cheerfully announced.
"My daughter is alive and well and doing great," Tillman said. "Smiling and kicking and cooing, all that stuff 6 month olds are supposed to do."
Thankfully, it sounds like everything is ok. Here's hoping for no complications from the transplant.

I wish them the best.
I have gone through a life threatening situation with my youngest when she was under a year and there is very little harder to deal with that something like that.

Glad to hear its OK now and everything
It’s kind of good that this happened to a celebrity like a Bears player because now he can raise awareness and support for organ donation and the Children’s Hospital. It is also a nice reminder that there are a lot of things bigger than NFL football. The Lord works in mysterious ways. I wish the Tilliman and donor families all the best.

thats so good to hear
I wish them nothing but the best, and this gives me even more of a reason to choose Tillman as my first authentic Bears jersey selection.
God Bless!
