While most of the Bears cuts were sent on their way they did bring back 5.  They were signed to the practice squad.  They will serve mostly in as a prep squad each week.

Five players the Bears waived during final cuts Saturday were signed to Chicago’s practice squad Sunday: Defensive end Ervin Baldwin, offensive tackle Cody Balogh, linebacker Joey LaRocque, tight end Fontel Mines and guard Tyler Reed.

The Bears still have three more spots on the practice squad they can fill.
