Kevin Jones, About To Be Somebody's Headache
The Chicago Bears signed former Detroit Lions running back, Kevin Jones to help a floundering run game. He was signed to a one year deal. Since that time Matt Forte has shown that he is likely the Bears starting running back for some time, but I think Jones will still end up offering up significant contributions to the Bears by season's end.
Jones has just switched his agent and is going with, you guessed it.....Drew Rosenhaus. Jones, obviously, is using the Bears as a place to show he can stay healthy and contribute and then after the season he will look for a bigger contract somewhere.
This brings Rosenhaus's total of Bears represented to seven.

Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid!
Haven’t the Bears signed all of Rosenhaus’s clients?

Good!
A motivated Jones is just what the Bears need for a year. Then, he can go sign an over-inflated contract with a panicked GM who needs a back, quickly. If Forte proves to be the Bears’ next star at RB, Jones won’t be needed and a lesser-expensive talent can back up Forte.

that plus one shit
might be the dumebst thing i have ever seen
i think it'll be interesting to see what happens at RB
if this tandem works well together i’d think they’d want to keep both, though that may prove pretty costly. but if Jones is simply a backup and doesnt see much action obviously he’ll be headed to greener pastures.
He doesn't have to see a ton of time
I think everybody knows he can play, they have seen it, he just can’t stay healthy. If he can I think somebody will throw some money at him for a long term contract.
Being Who You Thought We Were Since 2005!
I think this is great
There is no way we keep Kevin Jones passed this year. But why that is great is that every chance he gets on the field he is going to play his heart out. He will never dare to take a play off. He knows that every time he gets to play that is another potential million Rosenhaus can get out of another NFL team.
