Chicago Bears News and Notes

*** Through 3 games no Rashied Davis has seen the most snaps. He has been on the field for a whopping 83.2 percent of the snaps.  Desmond Clark is second with 78.1

Rotoworld had a good quote concerning Davis snap count:

The Bears' offense is obviously run heavy, but as a full-time player it's almost like Davis would have to try to be as unproductive as he's been. He has only eight catches for 53 yards (7.3 YPC) on 14 total targets.

*** Both Marty Booker and Devin Hester missed practice on Wednesday.

*** Rookie Chris Williams was at practice and participating for the first time since training camp.

When I First Heard Williams was practicing

I was excited, then as I read the article it became more and more clear that he is still has a way way long way to go before he’s back on the field.
