Favorite Stadium/Experience Not at Solider Field

I came up with this idea the other night.  I haven't had the opportunity to travel to many Bears games, but I have been to a few.  I've been to New Orleans, Jacksonville and Tampa.  Of the three they were all great fun for the most part, none of my experiences were exactly the same.

New Orleans- Great place to party before or after the game and there are plenty of Bears fans all around, Saints fan for the most part were very nice and a lot of good natured ribbing.  Bears lost the game though so that was a bit of a downer.  Superdome is a pretty cool place to watch a game though seemed like the sight lines were good no matter where you sat.

Jacksonville- Again a Bears loss but this experience was way different from the New Orleans trip.  This time my buddies and I decided to have some fun and throw on some afro wigs and Elvis type glasses, found a great group of Bears fans to tailgate with and just maybe had a drink or two to many.  Jacksonville fans were rude and obnoxious and a few even tried to start a fight in the parking lot.  One in particular was by himself with his girlfriend talking all kinds of trash to 6 of us.  Not so good with the math in Jacksonville.  Food at the stadium was pretty good, I recommend the pulled pork sandwich if you get there.

Tampa-  Great game not only becuase we won and it was a close one if any of you remember the game a few years ago.  I took my dad to his first Bears game ever, since he and my mom retired to South Florida it gave me a great opportunity to do this with him.  Tampa fans were great, one even bought me a few beers and they like New Orleans were quick to rib in that nice fun way.  Overall experience was a great one. (Side note: Even convinced a Bucs fan to take a picture of my dad and I infront of the scoreboard)

Haven't had the chance to see a game at Soldier field but I hope to get there some time soon.  My son is only 4 months old but I'm going to do my best to let him have that experience that I never had as a kid.  I did take him to our first cubs game at Wrigley last year when my wife was 5 months pregnant (it was against Colorado when they were down 4 runs in the 1st and came back to win) just a great game and overall great experience.

So how about you where have you been besides Soldier Field that you had a good/great/bad time.  I'm curious as to your thoughts.
