I asked the question in another thread if we could start referring to him as one, so here is where we are as of now, I do not take credit for all of the names that are listed:

Frank is our left guard.

Be nice. Flag comments that you think are offensive. Use the "reply" button. Drink plenty of water. Compliment others. Rec (wreck) comments and posts you like. Don't call people names. If you don't like someone's comment, attack the comment and not the commentor. Learn the difference in your/you're, then/than, to/too. Exercise. Relax. Stretch often. Find good in the world.

Just because it can be done on Madden NFL does not automatically make it a viable option in real life.

Everytime I see him not block someone

I picture Jay in the huddle saying " Frank you let your guy come through and I’ll take care of it" Then he proceeds to hit the guy in the red-rocket with the football. I think he might be auditioning for football movies after he leaves football.

maybe...

Cutler is paying Omiyale off.

He gives him $500k to make Forte look like an ass and to let a free blitzer in every play, just so Jay can look “cooler” when he evades the blitz.

by Cosmis on Oct 21, 2009 2:20 PM CDT up reply actions   0 recs

here's a partial repost from Strass (hope he/she doesn't mind) he's got some nicknames...

“…Can we put it on the record now that #68 just plain sucks. He cant sustain a run block to save his life. Forte’s 2nd fumble on the goal line came from the guy that O’By-The-Way was supposed to block. #68 bounced off of him as usual and his guy blows up Forte… The line needs to be adjusted right now. Move Williams to LT, Shaeffer in at RT and Beekman at LG to replace that waste of space O-my-god-I-cant-block-today…”

True That!

He does suck and he’s soft. He has no business being a starter.

by Gesiakob on Oct 21, 2009 1:14 AM CDT up reply actions   0 recs

And that's exactly what happened on the Forte goal-line fumbles

We saw this coming last year and in ’07 when the line started to look old and slow.

Pace had a great career, but he’s just not the same player he was. JA flat-out over-paid Omiyale and the guy is definitely a failure at the guard position. Maybe he would be a decent tackle, but we may never know. Kreutz is really starting to show his age, too. Like Pace, he was a Pro Bowler a few years ago, but he’s just not the same player, now.

It has to be Ole

if for no other reason than being able to drop letters out of his last name and spell “O miya le”

It's also a good name

because it can be used as a chant by the fans when he fails. I can hear it now. :)

My thoughts exactly.

"A lot of fans were drawn to me because they knew that whatever the score was, I was going to run as hard as I could on every play. You don't have that now, you have guys waiting for next week or even next year." - Walter Payton

Just make sure you’re not behind him, he’s not on your side, and you’re not expecting him to blast a hole in the opposing defensive formation for you to run through his space…..

the most offensive name to call an offensive lineman:

Qasim Mitchell – who somehow superceded the need for a “u” after the q in his name.

whatever he is getting called now

I hope #68 turns into the nickname BENCHWARMER come this sunday and every sunday throughout. guy has no business being at guard anyway. sackman is right, it’s like watching metcalf suck it up all over again. qasim mitchell also comes to mind (different position, same crappiness)

so yeah, my vote goes towards benchwarmer.
