Ogunleye is getting it done up front

If he and the rest of the line can keep it up, this team will go far this year…

Adawale?!?

Is his increased production this year due to Rod or is it because he’s in his contract year? If we sign him to a new contract in the off-season, will he just convert back to the Ogun of the past few years?

I’d like to think not, but it does happen a lot in this league and I’d hate to waste cap money on a 32 year old DE that only performs in contract years. We have a lot of guys that will need signing in the near future: Olsen, Forte and Cutler to name a few.

gauranteed money

they should all have incentive laden contracts, maybe they’d all perform up to expectations…

MNF

Favre was impressive Monday night. I was actually surprised. I still think he will wear down quickly. Green Bay’s fatal flaw was not putting pressure on him AT ALL. Make the old man move!

Great point!

I thought Dom Capers called a terrible game…

Forte needs to tighten up the laces...

because with nothing behind, the Bears are going to ride him like a pony. Maybe we should get a RB so Forte can take a series off a game?

Forte does take multiple series off a game. Spelled by AP and Wolfe so far…

by rdent4hof on Oct 6, 2009 9:19 AM CDT up reply actions

We've got

running backs that can fill in on a series or two. It’s possible that the o-line is starting to play more like a unit on run blocking or maybe it was just because they played the Lions.

You're being very Un-Dude right now.

If you're referring to the AP injury...

Maybe we should look at getting a FA RB…

If they can’t perform on ST, the Bears will not even sniff’em…

By the way, did you know (da da da, da da da..)

The the Bronco fans know claim this morning that Forte is only an average back and that Orton made him look better than he was last year..

Roachy love the run stuffin', but don't forget about the TE over the middle!!

hahahaha

I love it. I bet Orton’s making Marshall look good, too.

I haven't seen the clip, but I've seen a couple sites claiming that he did.

I think GB did in fact blitz Favre, but...

Looked like they were telegraphing their moves well before the snap – when they blitzed they were easily picked up.

Kampman looked lost out there on most plays

He is no OLB and they are wasting his skill. Not made for the 3-4 defense..

Kampman

looked AWFUL last night, he definitely belongs with his hand on the ground… it’s good for opposing offenses, but he’s dangerous rushing the passer from an End position

But I see Massaquoi winning this week.

Then we would fail as Bears fans apparently.

Yeah, but we could still blow up our defense.

And fire Ron Turner.

Maybe Matt Jones could call our plays for us.

That would be sweet!

Then we could move Hester and Davis back to CB’s. Our secondary issues would be solved.

don't forget

about Marvin Harrison, and Burress could call in the offensive plays from Rikers.
