Bears/Vikes moved to later time slot

Per CNN/Si:

NEW YORK (AP) -- The Bears-Vikings game Nov. 29 has been moved to a later time slot.

The NFL said Wednesday the game in Minnesota will now start at 4:15 p.m. EST instead of 1 p.m.

Just so everyone is in the know.  Does the NFL really think this is going to make for a better late slot game than whatever it was they had planned?  I'm sure they're using one of two angles, either A) Watch the Bears battle a division rival in a game that might possibly but won't actually decide the playoffs, or B) watch the old man throw some more miracles.
