It is getting increasingly harder every week to find the silver lining for the Bears chances of getting a win and then do how bad do I want them to? Do I think that the slim chances that the Bears could lose bad enough that they eat Lovie's contract and shell out 10 mil a year for Cowher is enough reason to root for them to lose? But somehow the Bears have a knack of staying in ugly low scoring games. If the defense can keep it close, and a return or a few turnovers go our way, maybe we have a shot against this high powered Minnesota offense. Of course for that to happen our offensive line needs to man up and protect Jay Cutler and give Matt Forte a hole or two to run through. I'm not opportunistic, but I'm hopeful. |

great on those roll outs. I can only imagine what Cutler would look like doing that. I doubt, unfortunately, we’ll see a lot of it in this offense.

I guess I’ll be far though… They have a pretty good O-line that allows them to run the ball which helps on those roll outs. But Turner won’t even run them.

I think the only way the Bears pull off the miracle, would be it: Cutler goes no interceptions + scrambles for over 40yds with a TD, and our running backs need to combine for over 140 yds to keep Vikes Offense off the field.

this is a similar atmosphere to the steelers game
after a 4 pick game losing urlacher and then losing the game late. cutler came out and did just that no turnovers made critical throws and the defense did a great job as well in that one making some plays.
today peterson has a habit of making great plays against us and even though hes banged up we have to contain him i see favre having a multi int game lets call it three and VASHER takes one to the house.

Well i will say this.
What happened to Jake Delhomme? he has 3 INTs again.No matter how bad Jay is playing its no worse than Delhomme who has,STEVE SMITH!And 2 good RBs and i guess ok coaching.If jay has that help he doesn’t have to throw as much as he is now.

why don’t we pound the ball early in games with our Adrian Peterson or Khalil Bell? If we just used Forte as a 3rd down back along with a no huddle offense. We could put Forte in for all downs in the 4th quarter and he would be fresh while the D-line might be worn down.
