Classic Whisenhunt pulling out Denny Green circa '06 MNF. Still not happy he joked with media... esp now on a short week going to Singletary's bunch.

Some announcer said it best in… ’05 (maybe?) after Mich St and Illinois got into it when Illinois beat MSU for their first Big 10 win in a couple years -
“If you want to keep them from planting their flag in your field, keep them off the field during the game.” Or something like that.
After THAT asswhooping? I think he had a right to pull out Denny Green himself and chorus-line it if he wanted to. Besides. We were who they thought we were. A team that couldn’t stop jack.

would have been funnier.. “they were who we thought they were” .. but wisenhunt seems like a classy guy that wouldn’t try to insult us.
