All I Want For Christmas Is...
Yes, sung to the tune, "All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth"
All I want for Christmas
is a new Head Coach,
a new Head Coach,
yes a new Head Coach
See, if they could only
hire them a new Head Coach,
then I could wish you
"Merry Christmas."
It seems so long since Lovie said,
in regards to his defense "Trust me"
Gosh oh gee, how happy I'd be,
if Angelo would tell him "Just leave" (you're fired)
But we all know Lovie isn't going away sooooo...
All I want for Christmas
is a new O.C.,
a new O.C.,
yes a new O.C.
See, if they could only
hire them a new O.C.,
then I could wish you
"Merry Christmas."
It seems so long since we all saw
any innovation from Ron Turner
Gosh oh gee, how happy I'd be,
if they realized he's a slow learner (run the screen again...)
But there still is a chance they could scrap the whole thing and give us some wholesale changes!
All I want for Christmas
is a new G.M.,
a new G.M.,
yes a new G.M.
See, if they could only
hire them a new G.M.,
then I could wish you
"Merry Christmas."
It seems so long since Angelo said,
"If I did this wrongly, don't worry about me coming back here."
Gosh oh gee, how happy I'd be,
If he kept his word and didn't return next year! (bye bye)
Special thanks to fellow WCG writer MuleTrain for the inspiration for this post!

Let's take this and the Score's "Twelve Days of Bearsmas..."

What about Ted Phillips?
All I want for Christmas is a new team president!
"But it doesn't matter what I do, what I choose. I'm what's wrong. This is fate" - Dexter season 4....I mean Lovie season 6.
yep, can't forget Bigfoot Phillips
I can’t take credit for the moniker, someone at sporting news called him “Bigfoot” because he is so rarely sighted.

Lol
I haven’t heard that before. It made me almost spit-up my water when reading it.

I was working on a 'new team owner' verse...
but I thought that would have been taking it a bit far!

L A W jr...
“too much is never enough!”. Sharpen the pitchforks and light the torches, we’s got a castle to storm! I’ve got the guillotine in my truck and all we need now is a basket and a few HC rusumes!
When you find yourself in a hole, STOP DIGGING!!!
