Bears Sign Josh Bullocks

The Bears have signed free agent safety Josh Bullocks. The deal is for 1-year with $525,000 guaranteed.
Bullocks is a five years starter who lost his spot last season. He is expected to at most add depth, but most are hoping he can beat out Craig Steltz for the free safety spot.

a player that couldn’t start for maybe the worst pass defense in the NFL..I am sure our defense coordinators can turn him around..

OMG
is that Daniel Manning trying to cover Reggie Wayne in the superbowl?? That guy should be paying us to play..
They could've just moved Terrence Metcalf to FS and saved themselves the trouble.

Is anybody really surprised the Bears signed him? This move stinks of Bears ass. It’s typical Chicago Bears off-season roster moves. Man, I love being a Bears fan.
I fully expect them to announce a 5 year deal for St Clair any moment now.

uh
well considering in at least 3 of the plays the cornerback bites on a pump fake and gets burned on the sideline 30 yards away from bullocks…yeah he is gonna be chasing the receiver.
you can pick out 10 bad plays from ANY player over the course of 5 seasons, big freaking whoop.

I was sharing a portion of seasons the last 2 years in sec 209
But, this year I purchased four 13 game flex plans instead… and split them with a couple friends.

he can't play FS
not a bad idea at SS (or even LB), but we need a FS who can cover. i still can’t believe we just signed this dude who couldn’t start for a horrible pass defense AND is weak at pass coverage…and the hope is he’s our starting FS. wow. unreal. worst. offseason. ever.

um yea horse collar may not be perfect but he certainly is an improvement.

I could probably make a video that makes Ed Reed look like an idiot in coverage.
Now, I’m not saying he’s good at all, I’m just saying don’t rely on a highlight video to say he is good or bad.

the guy got benched!! From the Saints! If you can’t start for them you must really be bad, they have the worst secondary in the league..
