Chicago Bears Place John Tait on Reserve/ Retired List
In a move to no one's surprise, John Tait has been placed on the Chicago Bears reserve/ retired list. This essentially just frees up a roster spot, making room for another player (hopefully another OLineman).
Story courtesy of the Tribune.
Some figured the Bears might try to talk Tait out of retirement, but that's not going to happen. Instead, the team is focused on re-signing John St. Clair to take over at right tackle.
