Inside the Bears Brad Biggs has possibly shed some light on why Professor Angelo hasn't tried to acquire one of the remaining free-agent offensive tackles.  Since Tait's retirement, there have been many different opinions on how the Bears should fill their gaping hole at right tackle.  Apparently, another team's "personnel boss" was asked what he would do if he was in the Bears' shoes.  I think his answer will surprise most of you.
