Available FA Wide Receivers

One of our biggest "needs" is still WR. Yep, we have all sorta shifted our focus to the draft for acquiring a WR... but here is a list of guys that are still available in FA right meow. (This list is not exhaustive... for the complete list of available free agents, click this pop)

Would any of these guys help upgrade our WR corp?

I thought he would have done pretty good last season

when he signed with the Dolphins, but he had that season ending injury. I wouldn’t mind seeing him, though. Interesting to say the least.

I guarantee that JA and LS both think the WRs will be fine next year. Just like they think the O-line is just fine, the secondary is just fine, the d-line is just fine, and our QB is just fine. They probably think we need to upgrade the TEs.

Why would the Bears want HOF WRs?

Holt is only 31, and would instantly upgrade our pathetic receiver corp.

I like Holt and Harrison, BUT more relistically how about Reggie Williams and Drew Bennett. That would give us a combination of size, speed, and a possession receiver. Not a perfect fit but a big upgrade.
