Wow David haugh is a jerk.
That comment at the end of his story was stupid.
What little repect I had for the tribune is now gone.

The DL bit?
I think it was meant as a joke, considering we didn’t have a lot of great DL play last year.
I'M A MAN! I'M 22!
It was classless
And ignorant.
As a journalist he should have some integrity.

Simmer down.
I think you’re taking it in the wrong spirit entirely. Haugh’s not a clever enough guy to take a subtle dig like that to begin with, and his point was laudatory anyway. You’re emphasizing the “rarely”, but I suspect he intended to focus on the kind of push – that is, philanthropic, rather than on-field.

i can't even figure out
what you could have possibly been offended by.
he says either d lineman don’t do that kid of charity work or they can’t get a push. do you have number to contradict either?
I read it wrong...
Still a jerk though.

Now we're talking!
Corina is by far and away the hottest Bears girl posted yet. Vavavoom!
"I'm not so mean. I wouldn't ever go out to hurt anybody deliberately - unless it was, you know, important, like a league game or something." - Dick Butkus
Yay:
for good news about the Bears: Ogunleye, Harris, and Idonije doing charity work. :)
"A lot of fans were drawn to me because they knew that whatever the score was, I was going to run as hard as I could on every play. You don't have that now, you have guys waiting for next week or even next year." - Walter Payton
Crum...
Maurice Crum is a guy I’d like to see in a Bears uni. Seems like the type of player who may not have the measurements to fly up the chart for the draft but who made stuff happen on the field. Kinda like how Leonard was at Wisconsin.
I'd say...
Tha the Bears DL did a LOT of charity work last year, since they didn’t do crap all year long.
You should make a fan post about this dude.
good lookin on the heads up though

That's encouraging.
If he’s healthy enough to show even a fraction of what he’d been in the past, he’d definitely be an upgrade over that kid from Cleveland.
