Bucs Add to Their Arsenal of QBs, Chiefs Add Veteran LB
The Tampa Bay Bucanneers have added Byron Leftwich to their list of quarter backs, which also includes Brian Griese, Luke McCown, and Josh Johnson.
Many of the Bears faithful had hoped that we would make a move in trying to sign Leftwich prior to signing Jay Cutler... oh how things have changed!
Also, the Kansas City Chiefs have added veteran linebacker Zach Thomas to their roster. Thomas is entering his 14th NFL season.

I was thinking the same
Gruden and the GM are out yet somehow they are still managing to stockpile mediocre QBs in Tampa.

Got a clue?
I’m not sure what Tampa Bay has been doing the past two years or so. How many snaps are there to go around?

I wanna say with Cassel at QB that the Chiefs will be next seasons
Cardinals. Maybe not to the Superbowl but at least the playoffs.
They have a beast receiver Dwayne Bowe. I watched him against the Bears and I remembered that catch he made on Peanut I think it was. Anyways he made a really athletic catch that made you say ohhhhhhhh! He’ll be a stud. Yup Chiefs should be much improved.

While we're at it.....
Since Gruden is puppeteering the moves for the Bucs. Let’s go ahead and give them Train-Rex, Steve Hutchinson, Vick is due to come out. Hell, Jeff George and Vinnie Testaverde got to be somewhere out there looking for a chance to throw an interception. Give me a damn break Bucs, if you want to be that retarted year in year out please come back to our division so we could at least face you twice a year.

I would think that your statement should be "rec'd"
except that last season their mediocre QB, who used to be our mediocre QB, destroyed our defense in spectacular fashion.
Speaking of Jeff George....
I read somewhere that Jeff George was saying that if he had played for the Vikings last year they would’ve gone to the Super Bowl. Super Bowl, my ass. The only way that guy will ever see the Super Bowl is from his house. You could put him on the Patriots team and spot him Adrian Peterson and Larry Fitzgerald and that the retard will find a way to take his team to a 7-9 record.

Zack Thomas has been a beast
You would think that one day he will have to slow down. Sure he must have lost a step by now, but he is still playing at a pretty high level for his age.
He is like Teddy Bruschi, one day he is going to die on the field. I think that is how they want it.
Leftwich is good
He was good the whole time he was a jaguar, even when he came in as a rookie. Last season when he came in for Roethlisberger he played amazing as he brought the steelers back for a win against Washington. He has a cannon and a great deep ball, he’s just a statue but most QBs are.
