I am very curious as to those who voted Chicago.
Do y’all really see us getting him, or is it just a pipe-dream?

Well, Originally
I voted Cleveland, but as it seems to be changing I think it might come down to us and Washington. I voted this time for us. But Ive got a feeling that like with everything else Washington will greatly overpay to get what they want. I tell you what though, for some reason I am much more optimistic of our chances today then I was yesterday.

Washington
I think it will come down to Washington. Dan Snyder always gets his man.

Funny how being willing to spend money
gets you what you want, huh?

And lots of it
Just players, not wins though.

they did better than us last year
in a much tougher division.

8-8
Washington went 8-8 last year but yes in a much better division. Still don’t think Dan’s happy about .500 with the millions he throws around.

Smooth move forgetting the Titans on that list
"You win because of the quarterback. We have to get that position stabilized. We're fixated on that.
We know it's the most valuable position on the football team. We've gone through so many scenarios at that position we can write a book, moreso on what not do."

I know.

Washington Redskins get Jay Cutler within by this weekend
That’s my prediction. Daniel Snyder is apparently in direct dialogue with Pat Bowlen today. What Snyder wants, Snyder gets. He will have zero problem trading 2 #1 picks and other considerations, or Jason Cambell and #1 pick.
Bears have NEVER been a serious contender. Sure, Angelo placed a call. But I doubt very strongly discussion with Chicago will go beyond that.
Agreed
But the more I think about it, maybe that’s a good thing. I could see it turning into a Donovan McNabb type situation the more Cutler turns the media into his own personal Twitter account. In three years it could turn into: “The Bears don’t have enough good receivers! I didn’t realize they didn’t have Scheffer, Royal and Marshall! OMG, this super sux!” and "Bears fans are mean! :( "
Why is Cutler being accused of throwing his team under the bus?
I don’t get it. Where the hell did that come from?

If Cutler goes to the Skins
it wouldn’t be such a bad thing. that would give Angelo another option not to do; trade for Campbell or Brennan.

Professionalism
Just the constant changes in the story. One minute he demands a trade, the next he never wanted traded. Broncs say they tried getting in touch with him, he says they never called. It’s ridiculous, like the Favre stuff last year. Besides, all this is over his feelings being hurt because his team talked about trading for another quarterback.
this just in....

Crazy
I’m guessing Denver is just collecting everyone else’s offers so Snyder can up it and it’s over.

Wow, I'm actually an Angelo/Lovie supporter and even I can't believe they pulled this off!
We have every right to dream heroic dreams. Those who say that we're in a time when there are no heroes, they just don't know where to look.
Ronald Reagan
Sign up Pace, hope he's healthy, bring in Harrison or Holt and we could have a league average offense!

Im in shock
I really dont know how to react. So now sign Pace since we are lacking the draft picks now and find a receiver in the draft. I just wish the 3rd rounder this year wasnt part of the deal. Oh well, I think I can live with it though.

Keeping and even better getting a 3rd from them would have made this perfect. I think we gave up too much but I’ve never had a QB so what do I know.
