reason #696959494 why i hate Rick Morrissey
this a great day to be a bears fan, we haven't had many since the super bowl in 2006. of course, you could count on the morons from he chicago tribune to attempt to ruin it for those of us who have waited so long for this day
i hate rick morrissey, steven rosenbloom and all the other morons they have writing at the tribune, why can't we actually have someone who is a fan writing about the Bears (or at least someone who is knowledable about football)
what do you think about this article?
how do your thoughts about this trade differ from morrissey's?
let it rain on this idiot

I got about 4 or 5 sentences in and quit reading.
I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle - victorious. (Vince Lombardi)

LOL...me too.
It’s a bunch of worthless jibberish.
Did you hear Dilfer and Schlereth on ESPN? The latter would always talk about how the Bears need a solution at QB, but when do find one, he decides to rain on our parade and give a reach around to Kyle “freekin” Orton.

Yes
I saw this and it kinda pissed me off. We’ve signed Pace, Omiyale, AND Shaffer. So two full-time starters and a backup/starter. Draft a receiver in the second and DE/S/OL in the third. Schlereth actually called our Offense “swiss cheese”, i laughed.

Ugh he's an idiot
Just wants to cause a stir and ruffle feathers, rain on our parade. I understand if you don’t like the move but to just attack him like that is kind of dumb.

Morissey can go suck in Denver...
Show me why “cry baby” Lance-I’m-gonna-sit-out-6-games-for-a-new-contract Briggs is any worse for asking to be paid more. Morrissey is a complete moron. What did Cutler do that is so unforgivably inhuman? He has an ego LIKE EVERY OTHER NFL PLAYER!!!!!!!! Unlike Terrell Owens, he didn’t throw his teammates under the bus, just the idiots who thought they would be better off with Matt Cassel when their obvious weakness was the defense. I’ll take proven talent over the “magic” of leadership any day. Ask Wash., Minn., Clev., Ny Jets, etc. if they are better off with their “fine character” guys. Morrissey, go join the Flat Earth Society and your “opinion” can pass for facts.

Morrissey is
a bigger blowhard then Mariotti. At least Mariotti can think rationally from the top of his high horse. Morrissey spouts moronic rants and has about 5 readers who actually agreee with him. Ok so lets take a look at Cutler. (This is merely a reenactment)
A new hot shot Coach steps in and wants to bring his “buddy” in to take his job. Cutler begins feeling a bit betrayed because Mcdaniels said, to Jay, something to the effect of “Im excited to have the chance to coach you.” So Jay says, “bro youre a liar, look if you dont want me dont act like you do. But since you obviously think less of me then your friend cassel trade my a$$.” Mcdaniels says , “Grow up you baby.” Which really means, Crap, I really messed this up, I better act tough. So here goes, “Im the coach now dont tell me how to do my job.” Jay says , “ok lets have a sit down then.” Mcdaniels says “ok, but yeah I would have rather had cassel then you and im not sorry about it either.” Cutler says “fine find someone else then.” This whole time Cutler is saying, “I never wanted to be traded from Denver in the first place. I like my team and the city. But heck if he doesnt want me I dont wanna play for him.”
Now does this really seem like Cutler is a cry baby, Cause its basically how it all went down. The only people who dont get it are Josh McDaniels and the Tribs wonderful writers. Sorry had to get that off my chest.
