Hey I don't have a problem with Stephanie

besides the fact that she’s from Wisconsin…

I was definitely diggin the rosenbloom article/blog too, really makes a lot of interesting points (even if it seems a little biased).

I wish Cutler wouldn’t waste his time over at the Cell and throw out the first pitch at a Cubbie game. Guess that’s the only thing I have to complain about him, but I guess I can live with that :)

He already did throw out the first pitch at Wrigley.

Dammit! Why was I not informed of this?

The Power of Cutler was unstoppable that day.

Pujols went 0-4, and Aramis hit a walk-off 2 run HR in the 11th for the Cubs win.

Oh yea, I remember that game...

Somehow I don’t remember Cutler being there. Dammit I feel left out now, I heart Cutler and the Cubs!

Hmmm yes, Luol Deng's contract is in the Book of Revelation.

Kind of off the subject

Am I the only one who disagrees with Rosenbloom’s statement about Thomas Jones? He “never says anything”? I seem to remember him “saying something” at every team he’s been on. He didn’t live up to expectations after he was drafted and complained that the Cardinals disrespected him when they brought in another back, then when he was at Tampa he didn’t like sharing snaps there, he came to the Bears and was mediocre until we drafted Benson. All of a sudden he picked up his game and seemed to turn the locker room and press against Benson (not that tough considering Benson wasn’t the most warm and fuzzy guy ever), and then complained about Favre last year with the Jets and has been threatening a holdout according to the ESPN jerks on draftday because he wants his contract re-worked. Now that they’ve drafted the kid from Iowa, look for Jones to go through his same routine again and try to freeze this kid out. Thomas Jones, in my opinion, is an average back at best and a locker room lawyer.

Agree with Rosenbloom

Minnesota, PLEASE bring Favre back to the division! Agree on all points with the article, he has been an interception machine for years. I was actually kinda sad when he left GB, unfortunately Rodgers is alot better QB at this point. But I’m all for the old man screwing up Minn instead!

Well that is just garbage

ChiFan1, come on that screams fake. There is only one ChiFan and we all know how that is. If that guy shows up over here, I’m going to sick Geo and Haight on him. That way he’ll have to prove his love of the 85 Bears and Haight will make him prove he’s loyal or be taken out quickly.

Because as far as we're concerned, there is still no team in the history of the NFL that could beat the '85 Bears.

Gotta go with Hatchetm here

If that is the standard for being a journalist, yikes. He’s not a journalist; just a person with a pulpit.

The only reason I’ve liked his stuff as of late is because he’s hating on Rashied and McKie. Because, let’s face it, those two are jokes. Other than that, I don’t like him.

And who is worse: Rosenbloom or Haugh?

I'M A MAN! I'M 22!

by ChiFan13 on May 7, 2009 10:08 AM CDT up reply actions

I like Haugh

and Rosenbloom goes through streaks like this all the time where he’s funny and interesting.

he’ll return to being an annoying less talented Mariotti soon.

by Allie on May 7, 2009 1:52 PM CDT up reply actions

Classic Rosenpenis
I mean, Adrian Peterson is the best player on the Vikings and the Bears almost never tackle the guy, so if Smith’s largely helpless defense can’t stop Peterson, then let Favre do it by favoring the pass and finding the open cornerback.

I would agree it could backfire for the Queens, with Favre’s “gunslinger” mentality and the possibility his arm can’t make those tough throws anymore.

Walleye, I’m thinking

Mmmmm….fried fish.

Canadian fishing trips

My Dad and I went on these obscure trips where we would have “shore” lunch. Walleye, Bass, N. Pike fried up in lard, onions, and potatoes. Oh man, you’re right I’m famished now.

it's kinda ass backwards how i came up with it...

the “s” in the way i spell it was actually a soft “c” (for obvious reasons, ©utler). the only problem was that when it was spelled, it looked like it should’ve been pronounce “kizzle”. for whatever moronic reason that i actually took the extra time and energy to think so deeply into this, i kinda liked it in the end… it describes the “smokin” fastball that jay seems to be able to deliver!!! thanks for wasting your time reading this reply…
