As far as the Marshall thing
I think there’s a possibility that Cutler might not endorse bringing him in. If I remember correctly, Jay publicly called him out a couple times over all the off-the-field crap, and that was before this last incident. Of course, he may not oppose it so much after getting a good look at ’potamus and the rest of his corps.

The Bears Den
…where we’re taking up a collection to buy Josh McDaniels a Christmas gift
…where the “holy trinity” refers to Butkus, Singletary, and Urlacher

No Sweetness?
Blasphemy!

Thought about it
But there’s not two other Bears RB’s that I’d put in his class. At least without going wayyy back.

but you'd put Urlacher over Sweetness?
your holy trinity would get you burned at the stake.

He's going all MLB's
That’s why no Sweetness.
Doesn't matter
If you were picking all QBs or kickers or hottest Honey Bears, I’d still stick Sweetness in there. Just because.

Yeah, was intended just as MLB's
No disrespect to Walter whatsoever. Not for any reason.

Jay handled those interviews very well...
Looks like the Bears PR department and media training is paying off. Those were perfect (and certainly well rehearsed) replies to the questions re the comments of Da Coach and Dungie.
we are officially on the Plax countdown

Really?
If the other reports are correct then I thought he’d go to court today, spend 5 mins and then simply get a postponement until Septmber. Doesn’t that mean that everything is just up in the air until then?
I see...
Just read the article and understand now what PFT is sayinig.
Well, I can take him or leave him. If we get him, I won’t complain. If we don’t, I won’t complain.
I was just listening to a stream of the Mully and Hanley show from the 6AM hour on Friday morning and Mully, just back from watching OTA’s, was literally gushing on the Bears. Especially on Bennett.
It got me totally pumped.

Meanwhile, the Favre merry-go-round continues. He’s throwing a bone about returning, now.
