Today, In Totally Irrelevant Former Bears' News.
According to an AP story, former Bears 2002 draft pick Marc Colombo has signed a recording contract along with current Cowboy's teammates Leonard Davis and Cory Procter. They have a metal band called The Screaming ACL's of Death Free Reign, and have signed with an Australian label, Riot Entertainment. Congratulations to him on finding something he's good at besides hanging out on the trainer's table. Here's the link, just to prove that I'm not making this up.

Not that anybody cares but.....
Sapps been in MMA for quite a while.
He’s not great by any stretch, but he’s really popular in Japan. MMA over there has kind of a pro-wrestling feel to it, so his popularity is more because of his size and personality than his actual ability.

I saw this on ESPN
And I thought about posting it but decided not to. I think it’s a really stupid stunt, although if it helps keep them out of trouble I am sure Jerry Jones doesn’t care.

Colombo
Yeah, that guy was a liability the whole time he was with the Bears. And now he’s successfull as soon as he leaves us. Another wasted 1st round pick. I would like to see him blow out his knee. Sorry.
I remember a few years ago
Colombo was on guitar with some band playing death metal at a bar in Chicago, think it was US Beer or something near North and Sheffield…forget the address but it’s really close to Goose Island. Was not sober and perhaps that’s why I thought it was awesome at the time.
I remember Bob Sapp only for the asswhippings he got in MMA

Sapp just took another one tonight.
Got beat down by a pro-wrestler-turned-fighter named Bobby Lashley in just over a minute. Sapp had about 60 or 70 pounds on Lashley, but it didnt help.

Roland Harper
Oh nooooooo, poor Roland Harper. I thought they let crooked schemes like that go on in Chicago. I think the investigator that busted him must not be a Bears fan. Shame on Him/Her. Maybe Obama can give Roland a Pardon, he’s a Bears fan!
I would guess they probably tried to skip the expected kickbacks
or weren’t generous enough with them.
