Joyner

is so full of himself. How are Cutler, Orton, and Grossman all similar when one has above a 85 career QB rating, and the other two are sub-72 rating? One poster on the blog has it right when he/she said he’s trying to sell more books.

LOL.

It’s gonna be fun to follow a second team this year. The Chicago Bears, and The Denver Ortons.

The week to week blockbuster trade bashing by the certain d-bag journalists is gonna be a hoot. The same crappy journalists clinging the to “Cutler is immature” story for the last 3 months, will be the first ones to propaganda the internet if Orton has a 300 yard game… and the first ones to disappear from the internet, if Orton doesn’t even win the starting job in Denver.

This entire season

is going to be fun to watch. I’ve never been so hopped-up on goofballs in my entire life!

I agreed

I don’t think I’ve spent this much time in my life clinging to all things Bears in the offseason. Can it please start already so KC can shut up. There are misinformed people in this world and KC is one of them. He has no idea how the Bear nation felt about Kyle. I never once thought of him in the same light as Grossman.

Exactly

Joyner seems to be Lumping Orton and Grossman together (not the Bears fans).

by rdent4hof on Jul 15, 2009 11:19 AM CDT up reply actions

Agreed

Not only about Orton but this offseason as well. I don’t think I’ve sat through a longer one in my life. I kind of miss Orton because I was going to grow a neck beard and sport it throughout the season.

Rumor has it Alex Brown keeps Chris Simms' right index finger in his back pocket for good luck.

They will be swinging form Cutler's jock if the Bear's offense impresses early.

They toss out outrageous articles and then don’t own up to having said the things they say. Most sportswriters are front runners and rarely have an original thought, preferring to just parrot each other. They watch the Sports Center highlights and form their opinions from them, not from actually watching the games (unless it’s their personal favorite team). They are among the laziest of journalists, forming opinions almost solely from examining statistics, not from actually watching the games. To be fair, it’d be impossible for them to actually watch enough of every game to form an informed opinion, so they take the route of watching very little game film and re-phrasing what others have already opined.

The predictions are about right

Does anyone think the Bears can make the wild card?

I think that the North will definitely have one of the WCs.

The Bears either win the the North, or get a WC at 10-6.

definetly

my only concern is that will 3 years of not having 1st round picks damage our team?

2009 and 2010?

I don't think it will hurt a lot.

Especially if Cutler is who we think he is. Plus, Angelo has shown some life this offseason, and hopefully he will do the same next year.
