'Deptch' chart coming today?

Sweet, I don’t know what a deptch chart is but I bet it’s interesting.

I was there for Graham's pick 6

I was like, “is that it for today” lol. I had to endure listening to some real “knowledgable” fans the whole time too….sometimes one has to be reminded that we have fans who act like vikings fans too…

Most likely barring an injury

He’s competing for the 3rd WR spot on the depth chart.

Sounds like the staff have learned from the Bennent experiment last year

they’re only making Knox learn the X this year.

Also, I’m not sure I’ll be able to do tweet updates today. I’ve been fighting off a migraine and it may tackle me at some point. Hopefully when the rain rolls in finally it’ll go away, but I can’t be sure…. just though y’all should know tweets may or may not happen.

We'll be expecting a doctor's note, maam.

Abuse of sick days for an unpaid volunteer position is just unacceptable. :)

lol i have a Q ummm why are ppl like Rideau out preforming everyone?I mean i hope the guy is a beast but the good news is completely 1 sided. What about are corners? every once in a while they have a pick 6 but Nathan Vasher seems to get owned by Rideau. What happens when he has to face against Hines Ward if Tillman doesn’t come back?

by bears rock on Aug 10, 2009 7:28 AM CDT reply actions

That's the agony in watching practice.

You want to root for both sides of the ball at the same time. When Rideau makes a great catch, you’re excited… but pissed that the CB let it happen.

no i hear ya

Its just this time around Vasher is getting owned like worse then normal. From what i saw in practice it’s just kind of scary but then again. We use Tillman to cover big WR like Rideau it’s just i hope Vasher can come back and i didn’t see that………

Just wait till we have to watch midget DJ Moore...

I 2nd that

How about mcbride and graham? vasher as nickel? cause our wrs look good vs vasher but average againist the rest. I can’t wait til saturday to see how good our wr are vs the bills.

Let's wait and see

It depends on how good the offense is right now. I don’t mind Vasher getting balls caught on him if the Jay and company are executing flawlessly.

Random thoughts...

When asked about the competition at LG and if it’s something Beekman is doing or Omiyale is not Lovie says, “You can’t start moving guys around.” Ummmm… Devin Hester, Rashied Davis, Danieal Manning, Corey Graham, actually our entire secondary – to name a few.

I saw this gem in the notes on the Rideau article by Dickerson, “Ladies in the stands erupted after a Jason McKie reception out of the backfield. Must be family.” Classic.

The Sun-Times Question and Answer article by Biggs was solid.

Especially is words about Urlacher (very encouraging).

Urlacher’s health has been a concern of ours, all off season. Even though He and the Bears have pledged his health, it was nice to hear it from another source (that I trust).
