Hester As Return Man.

I am just going to come out and ask the question.  How many Bears fans out there,(myself included), want to see Devin Hester go back to Return Man?  There is an argument that can be made both ways.  Here is a look at the numbers.

2007: 20 Receptions,  299Yards,   2 TD

2008:  51 Receptions, 665 Yards,  3 TD

For the sake of argument we can all agree that his numbers from 2007 to 2008 rose significantly.   If he continued at his current pace,  75 Receptions, 900 Yards and 6 Touchdowns would be plausible, especially with Cutler.  My thing is Devin Hester was not drafted a Wide Receiver.  He was a Defensive back when drafted out of Miami.  With what we have at receiver right now I would be comfortable with having Devin back to returning.  The rationale is simple really.  It gives us another weapon.  A weapon that is a threat to score every time he touches the ball.  That is touching the ball on kicks!  As a receiver he has 5 Touchdowns combined in two years.  As a return man in 2006 he well surpassed that mark in 1 season.  So there it is.  The question nobody wants to ask publically because I think the vast majority of Bears fans want to see this guy back where he belongs.  Your thoughts?
