After
I went on Monday for the noon practice at it was over at 2. Depending on which field they’re practicing on you may have have to make the decision to either stand along the fences by the main practice field and forget about watching the practice.
On Monday, practice was on field 4, so other than the people who I assume camped out all morning there was a fair amount of good space still left by the fences.
Here’s a run down on some of the players I saw:
Urlacher- Brian rode right past the section I was in with the adults and headed straight for the kids section. Only signed for the kids.
Tommie Harris- Tommie signed for just about everyone in my section. Only real problem I had with it is that he signed my mini helmet with black sharpie. My arm was fully extended with my silver sharpie hoping he would notice and grab it, but it didn’t happen. I don’t think I have to explain how sucky it is to have a black auto on a Bear helmet.
Greg Olsen- Greg signed for a couple of people right in front of me but stopped and I wasn’t able to get him. From my perspective it seemed like he only signed for 2 people.
Anthony Adams- Anthony was a great signer. He signed for everyone that wanted an auto.
That’s a few of the players I saw. Didn’t see Cutler, Hester, Briggs. From what I heard and saw, most of established players don’t really sign and if they do it’s prettty much exclusively for the kids, but the role players and rookies are really good about signing for just about everyone.
Sorry for the length, good luck.

so
how bout i buy a authentic jersey for around 190 and sell it for 617…
or even better, wait till its worth more, maybe when he retires…
the point is, its not creepy to get autographs, it just depends on your motives..

Retired
doesn’t mean it’ll go up in value. I have a HOF 79 authentic Dick Butkus jersey that’s worth about $4-500.
Basically what he’s saying is, kids/women have a better chance at getting an autograph from a grown man than another grown man, because some of the players could view it as creepy. You know man law and all that.
