Updates, round 1
ChicagoBearscom LM: Bears defensive linemen know that the defense’s revival this season starts with them. Link: http://ow.ly/jjo5
ChicagoBearscomLM: I think NFL officials have arrived at camp. Either that or there are guys dressed as NFL officials who wanted a free dinner tonite.
vxmcclure23 Anthony Adams got the crowd going with some dance moves before Thursday’s night practice. Don’t hurt yourself big man.
vxmcclure23Frank Bauer, lovie’s agent, in town for the night.
Two quick notes
The Bears have signed Center Donovan Raiola
and the Atlanta Falcons have signed Marty Booker.
Camp ifuwanna, we hold you in our heart...
Updates, round 2
ESPNChiBears Access granted. Just in Chris Mortensen’s bus. Smaller than Madden cruiser. But nicer upgrades. Mort is living large.
ESPNChiBears Carmen upset not invited to see bus. Just left show in hands of Jurko and Harry. Big mistake.
vxmcclure23 Hillenmeyer has heavy wrap on right elbow. His right ankle was wrapped the other day
vxmcclure23 Mark Andersons left ankle getting much attention prior to practice. He told me he’s “good.”
vxmcclure23 Jarron Gilbert now no. 90 as new addition Raiola takes no.73.
All of the following are from Vaugh McClure (@vxmcclure23), but twitter has crashed again so I can’t copy/paste directly. They may or may not be correctly quoted!
- Miscommunication between Bennent & Cutler almost leads to pick by Vasher.
- Hester looking more and more like a capable, confident reciever.
- Wolfe should have had that last one over the middle.
- Corey Graham just flipped Rashied Davis to the ground. Hope Rashied didn’t have his full balance.
- Tempers flaring again. Urlacher in the mix. No big deal.
- Dusty and Wale collided. Wale is a little shaken up.
- Wale is fine and back at it.
- Two nice catches in a row by Rideau. The kid deserves a serious look this year.
- Dvoracek just put rook Lance Lous on his butt, after the whistle.
- Right hammy strain for Manning from running too much.
I'll just add these here
JasonDavis43 Good work tonite we got some nice situation football in today. Working to get better duh!
FMines89 Long day, and we have a early start to our day tomorrow. But practice was packed today had to be more then 12,000. See U N the AM.
vxmcclure23 Orton booed in denver for doing his best rex grossman imitation.
lol
at best rex imitation. guessing it wasn’t for having an semi-accurate long ball

yeah
i’m picturing a back peddling off balance heave into the arms of a defender 4 yds short of the intended receiver. LOL
I think he just found out how much harder it will be to fill Jay Cutler's shoes
than it was to fill Rexy’s/Griese’s. So much for all the Denver fans bald-faced lies claims of being happy with Orton.

yeah
a nice tight spiral….right to a charging DE 6 feet away. hahah i am cracking myself up thinking of that old football movie necessary roughness “blow the whistle ref! BLOW THE WHISTLE!!!” ah well, time to leave work. anyone else who lives in the city hate the new circle construction to fix those stupid onramps? horsecrap to have congestion in the midnight hour

please in the name of halas
let us not see a repeat of the infamous camp of 2004 where it seemed like half the team had hammy pulls in like the first few days

Never thought i'd say this about a football team
but maybe it’s time for some pilates before practice.
