Be advised: Anyone calling themselves Jay Cutler is a lying liar. (Helmet tip: Roger_Ledger!)

Biggs said on his blog that

he is having some difficulty with his Twitter account.

I wonder how the Twitter platform is holding up these days…

Right now

Twitter is a mess. They’re struggling to find and fix the damage from yesterdays DOS attacks. Lots of people are having issues getting twitter apps to work.

Its not pretty.

Completely unrelated to the Bears...

but an interesting read nonetheless on Twittering. Some teams not allowing Tweeting

Josh McDaniels:

“I don’t really have a Twitter policy,” Denver coach Josh McDaniels said. “I don’t know what it means; I don’t know what it is. I don’t know MyFace, Spacebook, Facebook stuff. I don’t know what that is either”

Camp observations

After a slightly soggy day at training camp I made the following observations for your perusal.
1. Johnny Knox is really, really fast.
2. So is Greg Olsen.
3. Olin Kreutz is more verbal during practices than I have ever seen him be. He is really chatting up his fellow lineman. Almost sounded like a coach.
4. Caleb Hanie has a cannon.
5. Brett Bazinett does not. But he does have a nice touch on his mid range throws.
6. Jay Cutler can (and did) make some poor throws. About one out of every 15 good ones were too low or too far in front and once he just plain threw a near pick. But he really does have an amazing deep ball.
7. Izzy Idonije is a beast on the field and a really nice guy up close. I think he could have a big year.

It will be good to see how they look tomorrow at Family Day.

If you can't laugh at yourself you must not be very funny.

Thanks for the firsthand information

just curious, who has the stronger arm Cutler or Hanie? Not talking about accuracy, timing, etc. just pure arm strength.

Hey!

GG and I were there this day too. We obviously didn’t know if we saw you though. Lol.

I Like It

Chris Williams has some fire in him. Good to see out of the 2nd year pro. I hope it translates into the regular season this year. Not the thowing of punches however! good stuff.

by Gesiakob on Aug 9, 2009 4:20 PM CDT up reply actions

One sided fight?

Considering that Mark Anderson only knows how to throw one punch! [Bah dum cha]

All Williams needed to do was run at him

cause Anderson obviously wouldn’t have stopped it.
