Personally...
I like the two big guys, Rideau and Aromashodu. I’m so weary of Bears wideouts going to other teams and THEN becoming decent (Justin Gage, Bobby Wade)! I hope the Bears keep the BEST two out of Davis, Rideau and Aromashodu.
Also, from what I’ve seen in preseason, Cody Balough can not play Tackle. At all. Period!
Getcha Beernuts Ready!
Gage and Wade
still aren’t decent, and they both fumbled their way out of Chicago.

He's older than dirt and needs to be "washed up."
I don’t think there’s anything he can do that DA and/or Rideau can’t. It’s always a bad sign for anyone when you get cut by an awful team like the Chiefs. If anyone comes in it should be Matt Jones.

True nuf
but i think then some nay sayers will say that about other FA (see Hood,Browns)… not me though. i like it.
and I’m with you on the Matt Jones thing, that pass to DA would have been 6, if MJ was down there to heave it in

Hood
The exception with him is his production and young age of 27. It was said on ESPN (I know, not the most reliable source) on NFL live that Magini cut him, but he wasn’t their worst CB. His size and decent production should be a good fit for us.

Daunte's Rug
Is available in FA. I’ve heard it plays DT. Should we pick up the rug? Also the Tire Swing is still out there and is a helluva receiver.

Wrecked.
I heart it.

He may have been a good football player with all his anger issues.

I would like for him to be a football player
so someone could really give him a good shot to the head, it might straighten him out.
Perfect
cause we all know Bear safeties get injured more often than….well, him.

He think Cubs fans don't like him now.
During a recent Cubs game Milton Bradley popped out. He flicked his bat in frustration and almost clipped D-Lee. Had he injured Lee he may not have made it out of Wrigley.
Bears rank near bottom of ‘09 owner rankings. I know it’s Yahoo Sports and it’s a subjective list, but we’re languishing in the vicinity of the Raiders (Al Davis, really!), Bengals, Lions, Browns, Rams, Cardinals…..

Riding the Bears for not sucking up every promotional offer that comes their way..
But no mention of how little the Bears organization might see of the actual money due to the League’s revenue sharing. Wasnt there a story about this during or immediately after the last Super Bowl appearance about the Bears turning down several promotional offers due to the fact that it wouldn’t benefit them much? The Bears are a for-profit business, why bust your butt so Jacksonville (or worse, a division rival) can reap the rewards?
