Hm, what to do...
Hate the Vikings…
GF’s dad is a Cowgirls fan, so if the Cowgirls win I’ll have to hear it from him for a whole week, so screw the Cowgirls…

I’m 26, and that really hits home 4 me. That’s tragic. My best friend died like six months ago at 26 and it just destroys a family. My sympathies to his family and friends and loved ones.

I despise the Cowboys as opposed to just hating the Vikings so I choose to not root for either team. Go Colts and Saints! And RIP Gaines

Anyone think after this Dallas loss
Jason Garrett may become available?
As a HC maybe
but the Bears don’t have an opening. Unless his contract is up, we can’t offer much for him.

Does anyone see Kampman or Peppers now?
The Bears will need to add a veteran DE, and both of these players will be an upgrade over Wale.

Dunno about kampman/peppers
with his ACL but I do know that before the injury seemed like he did not fit the 3-4 and I kept seeing articles on how he might not be cut at the end of the year….
I do see article about peppers not being re-signed or franchised this year….
guess we will see about both….would like either though…..

Kamp
would most likely come relatively cheap (pending health), while Peppers will cost a boat load and carry a higher ceiling.
"But it doesn't matter what I do, what I choose. I'm what's wrong. This is fate" - Dexter season 4....I mean Lovie season 6.
I wouldn't be surprised if Teddy franchises him
in order to trade him. If he does, he won’t be eager to let him go to the Bears.
I highly doubt he'd franchise
a player coming off a serious knee injury, and one that doesn’t fit well in Capers 3-4 scheme.
"But it doesn't matter what I do, what I choose. I'm what's wrong. This is fate" - Dexter season 4....I mean Lovie season 6.
He is one of the top DEs in the game
He won’t franchise him to keep him, he’ll do it to control him and get something for him.
But again
It’s not a real smart football move, because teams won’t give up a high draft pick for him. If McCarthy and TT decided to do that, they’ll be stuck paying him big money for a big question mark.
"But it doesn't matter what I do, what I choose. I'm what's wrong. This is fate" - Dexter season 4....I mean Lovie season 6.
Injured, old ones are easy to come by
Kamp fits that bill. 31 and coming off an ACL tear, there’s not a team out that would give up a draft pick for him. If they tagged him it would be one of the worst personnel moves in the history of the NFL.

From My Understanding
the Bears are interested in rob chudzinski not ramsdell….. chudzinski was the OC in 07 I think when anderson had his big year…..He also called plays in college…..
clyde christensen is also on their list but he is the OC in wainting for if moore ever retires…..

He has a good background
It sure looks like the Bears will have to go with a rookie play-caller at this point (barring Martz of course). The hope is that he brings in someone as qualified to coach up Mr. sour-pants Cutler.

Definitely post-season
Going 2-8 in your last 10 games should be considered the biggest choke job of them all. I mean the Bolts won 12 in a row or something. If not for their “idiot” kicker they at least tie or win in regulation. It’s true Kaeding has performed horribly in the playoffs in his career.
"But it doesn't matter what I do, what I choose. I'm what's wrong. This is fate" - Dexter season 4....I mean Lovie season 6.
Its worse
losing 8 out of 10 games. Like The Broncs did. This the 2nd straight year that they choked. 1st was because of the Defense sucking then McD’s idiot self trying to get his balls to drop by benching his only great offensive player and of course the defense sucking again.
