Martz has arrived

What the hell took so long, I have no idea. but Martz is currently in Halas Hall as we speak, being interviewed by Jay Cutler(allegedly). It's fitting on the day that Kurt Warner has announced his retirement, Mad Mike finally gets the call.

For those who are panicking reading this FanPost, other reports out of Halas Hall are that the Bears are very impressed with Kevin Rogers. How do I feel? Jump over the stupid stars and I'll tell you exactly how I feel.

Martz is an offensive mastermind. It would serve us best to remember that. Forget his stints in Detroit and San Fran, where he had less talent to work with than he had in St. Louis. If the pieces in this offense are as good as we think they can be, then bring him in.

The guy was in two superbowls! Numerous playoff games! So we're to frown on him because Greg Olsen won't fit his scheme? This offense is not depending on what Olsen can do. It all falls on Cutler. And If those who oppose the possibility of a championship quality coach calling plays for this offense can't come to terms of what he can bring to the Bears, I don't know what else to say.

so I'll just leave it at that.

but before I do...
