After a historic win in Minnesota, the NY Jets are coming to Chicago. IMO the Jets are way over-rated, and I see us winning this game by 10 pts. Now on to the menu for the game, since it is Christmas the day before, my family and I will be feasting on leftovers, for Christmas we are going to have turkey and ham, and all the fixins', I will smoke one of the turkeys, one will be fried, and two will be baked in the oven. The hams will be done in separately as well, one heated in the smoker, with some apple wood, and a bourbon and ginger snap coating, the other will be done in the oven with a cranberry and peach glaze. We'll of course have mashed potatoes, broccoli casserole, stuffing, sweet potatoes, etc. For our beverages, I'll have what ever booze is left after the family party, beer, and most likely a Bloody Mary made with Mike Ditkas Bloody Mary mix. I wish everyone here at WCG, a very Merry Christmas.
