Well
Bears saying they won this trade. Hilarious, can’t wait for the Packers to win that division and shut you all up.

Refs giving you help again, just like in week one, just like the Packers game.

26th in passing offense, even with Cutler’s missed games, thats still downright sad for a QB you gave up two first round picks for.

Not even remotely down to the play of one Jay Cutler.

Congrats on having a better defense, Chicago. Just admit you miss Orton and his Pro Bowl #s

We got Orton and huge draft picks. I assume the bears thought they were getting a Top tier QB, not someone they had to try to limit his throws to 20-25 per game so he didn’t kill them. I never said Orton was a top tier QB, which is why we didn’t give up the house to get him.

It amazes me that people think Cutler’s stat line this week was remotely impressive. Break it down.

11 yards per completion, sacked 4 times and fumbled the ball to turn it over once. Oh and not to mention the lucky call they got AGAIN against the Lions with the “unnecessary roughness” call against Suh.

And are we forgetting he was playing the Lions? A team with a terrible secondary and a run of the mill defense, average at best?

And a Lions team with a third string QB, not that that has anything to do with Jay, but he didn’t exactly have to outgun Rodgers or Brady did he?

Wow

The funniest thing is that Broncos fans think they’re actually an attractive landing spot for a superstar coach. Talent wise that team is a wasteland, bad location, short in personell to run a 3-4 no offensive identity. QB issue, Kyle Orton is going to see a big drop off in production with out Micky Dee there and there is probably going to be pressure from the head office to play the big name (Tebow) rather than the guy who gives them the best chance to win (Orton) which will turn off most big personalities like Gruden, Cowher, Parcells.

Sheesh--

I’ve been trying to figure out who the Bears picks sent to Denver turned out to be—

They recieved:
Kyle Orton
-1st round selection 2009 – Robert Ayers
-3rd round selection 2009 – that slot was Mike Wallace, after another Denver trade – Denver gets Richard Quinn and Seth Olson (currently with Vikes)
-1st round selection 2010 – traded from Denver to 49ers, became Anthony Davis
Denver gets Demaryius Thomas after trading down (traded Denver picks became Aaron Hernandez and Dez Bryant)

Is that right?
If Denver bumbled them so badly, I’m glad the Bears didn’t use them and induce me into shooting myself.

hey guys

do you think now the broncos would be willing to trade orton back to chicago for a 7th round pick? he would be a better backup than hanie is and they could at least get something small back for him. i started asking this question at mile high report and surprisingly the few responses i have gotten so far isn’t receptive to what seems to be a fine idea.

If Cutler got them two firsts and a third,

to them, Orton shouldn’t go for any less than two firsts, two seconds, two thirds and Cutler. Didn’t you hear, they won the trade!
