Will Antrel Rolle be a good fit?
I stumbled upon this and it speaks about Antrel Rolle and how he may not be good in the system the Bears have in place. It lists possible alternatives to Rolle as well. Strangely there's nary a mention of an OLineman, DT or WR. It seems the Bears have their priorities set and are ready to at least humor fans with talk of pricey FA's and talk that makes them seem like they actually know what they're doing.

I see the point of the article but...
the Bears absolutely need to solve the FS position. Most ball-hawks don’t like the cover-who because it limits their opportunities to freelance. However, I hope JA has more vision than just 2010. I think he can gather talent in FA and the draft that can transcend the failing Lovie regime. Rolle and Peppers (or Kampman) would help the Bears focus the draft priorities on building depth and developing talent, not trying to fill every hole with low percentage draftee prospects.
IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO FIRE LOVIE!
BEARS NEED T SIGN PALYERS PERIOD
I agree lost:…They have TO get off there ass and sign guys that are out there..Theres players to be had go get them.
I spelled this out on another thread.....
Rolle isn’t a good fit. He won’t be worse than what we have, mind you. But I don’t see him flourishing in our defense. I doubt he will see it either, which is why he probably won’t sign here. Miami wants him, and they have a history of paying for DBs. We don’t.
I won’t be angry if he gets signed, mind you. I just don’t see it happening, in the end.
On the other hand, I’ve seen Michael Huff’s name bounced around a bit, lately. If he gets released, I’m all for it. Huff is a beast.
